Cancellation policy

Customers may pause, skip, change, or cancel their book box subscription at any time via the customer portal on the store website.

Customers have full access and authority to make changes or cancelations within their account through the customer portal, which they can access using the same email address used at sign-up.

The Annual VIP Pass Membership does not include shipped items and is nonrefundable, as membership grants immediate access to digital ebooks, discount codes, and other members' perks and services. Memberships can be canceled by the customer via the customer portal using the same email they used to sign up.

Cancellation ensures that the annual pass will not renew the following year.

We do not offer refunds for memberships for customers who bought multiple memberships using different contact information or different accounts. Family members or friends who buy separate memberships are not entitled to refunds.
